Bernhard Jakoby is a Senior Member of the IEEE. He serves as Member of the Technical Program Committees of the IEEE International Ultrasonics Symposium and the IEEE Sensors Conference and as reviewer for a number of international journals. His research interests are focused on the theory and applications of integrated sensors, liquid sensors, microacoustic devices, and electromagnetics in general.
